State Auto Insurance - Policy premium
I’ve had your auto and homeowners insurance since 2012. My son was on my policy. When he got married, my agent insisted that they both be added to our insurance since they live with us. They both have their own vehicles and don’t drive ours!

Every attempt I have made to get in touch with this company regarding my insurance policy has been met with a option to leave a voicemail. I’ve been trying to contact someone for about a week and a half now.

State Auto Insurance - The worst experience i ever have
I called road assistance today and i wait more that 3 hours and never come, they keep calling back to wait another 20 minutes and last one another 90 minutes cause theh never got the job order, i don't know what happen with them but they are really not professional!!!!!
