State Auto Insurance - Very poor claim handling
claims rep. ANDREW RASMUSSEN , will not follow though in handding claims , promised return phone calls , did not .
then goes on vacation for 2 weeks . forwarded to his mng. , HE IS OUT UNTIL MON. call customer service , GET SENT TO RASMUSSEN VOICE MAIL .
was informed that i need to call the repair shop and have them forward the estimate to them , after RASMUSSEN informed me he was taking care of this . i got the copy of the estimate , forwarded to the claims dept. after no response from rasmussen or his mng. VERY - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !
if i handled my policy renewel prem.
that way , i am sure , that i would be cancelled ! think twice , if you think state auto is good at handling your claim !!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1964.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Iโm dealing with them as well as the customer with damage from a company that has StateAuto as their liability insurance- over a month of back and forth and voicemails and with 2 quotes for repairs they want to send check for less than 1200 of what both construction companies bid on that is very close in price
